About the Artists

My name is Rea Czékmány.
Since childhood, I have been surrounded by the world of creation. Through my parents, I witnessed every little detail of this path—the beauty within it, but also the immense effort, dedication, and fatigue it demands. And still, I chose this journey. I believe it does not only give purpose, but also creates true value.

This belief shapes who I am and guides my hands in every piece I create. For me, art is not merely an activity—it is a heritage, a family legacy carried across generations. With this spirit, I wish to carry forward my artistic soul.

I am a goldsmith, working with enamel, glass, and jewelry. In my creations, fine details and the meeting of materials tell their own stories. My mother, Vera, is a ceramic artist, sculptor, and floral designer—her works carry the harmony of forms and natural textures.

Both of us are inspired by nature. It is from here that we draw our ideas—the shapes, the colors, and the quiet strength that lives within every piece we create.

I am truly happy to dedicate my life to what I love—because for me, creation is not just work, but a way of life.
